The organizers of the Very Good Comedy Show and the SamJam Bluegrass Festival have joined to put on a terrific night of entertainment on Thursday, Oct. 12 with comedy acts and a country music performer.

 

Pike County’s own Aric Grooms brought his Southern Ohio charm to New York City and works as a comedian, actor, and filmmaker. He is co-producer of NYC's Very Good Comedy Show. He's performed at Broadway Comedy Club, Stand Up NY, Caroline's on Broadway and various comedy venues in and around NYC.

Robert Punchur is a New York comedian, writer, actor, model, host, and entrepreneur. He performs routinely at comedy clubs on Broadway and Greenwich Village in New York. Punchur has headlined in Pittsburgh and Miami and has performed internationally in Australia, Amsterdam and London.

Johnathon Cox is a singer-songwriter from Greenup County, Kentucky. His diverse style has bolstered the popularity of his act throughout
the Ohio Valley.

The Waverly Eagles is a popular spot of music and entertainment and is located at 243 W. North Street in Waverly. Tickets are $20, seating is limited and only 150 tickets will be sold, so don't delay.
